I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Ive been waiting for my parcel from them, they keep saying they don't have my number to contact me on yet they can send me SMSs to track my order and i have updated and wrote my number on their exceptions deliver site twice already...ITS EITHER THEY DELIVER MY PACKAGE OR REFUND ME
