I want my money back

I made an online purchase on the 5th January and delivery was supposed to take place within 2-5days. I later received an email stating that they had no stock and I would get my refund. To this day I have not received my refund and no one has gotten in contact with me to give me any explanation. I have attempted to get in touch with them without any success. Can I please just get my money back!!!!
