I want my money back

Earlier this year we bought a laptop in Rustenburg. While busy with my thesis it crashed took it back they replaced the motherboard. After a couple of weeks it crashed again and now they want to fix it again and refuse to give me a refund. I don't want it I want my money back. I could not submit my school work this year and they are refusing to account for that
