I've been waiting for a month for my tablet

I took my tablet to Hi Fi corp in Menlyn on the 31st of March to get fixed after receiving the quotation I asked the to return as it was expensive. I've since been waiting, I sent more than 4 emails regarding this and made countless number of phone calls they refused to givdme the service departments number and always keep telking me that the department is busy take my details and say they will get back to me. No one has ever callmd back regarding the emails, Today when I called, thr lady at reception called me back, took my surname and phone number and an still waiting for feedback. I want my tablet cause after 2 months of not fetching it, they can sell it!
