I purchased a TV on May 18, but it turned out to be faulty

I purchased a TV on May 18, but it turned out to be faulty. On May 24, I returned it to Trade Route Mall and explained the issue to the sales team. They promised a technician would review it within the week. However, instead of a technician, I received multiple calls from a sales lady asking me to reiterate the problem. On Thursday, she claimed to have checked the TV herself, stating she couldn't replicate the issue. Six days later, I still haven't received a proper assessment or resolution from a technician. I'm disappointed in the lack of follow-through on the promised technical evaluation.
