I purchased a item follow false promises

Nobember 2014 i purchased a Sansui boombox that can be run on batteries. The salesman told me that he had no batteries in stock. He then promptly called the manager as i wanted and needed the batteries. The manager then assured me that he would get the batteries and send them to me as i stay in George and there is no hi fi corp here. I left Jhb the next day boombox in hand awaiting for the batteries.. About 2 weeks later i called and spoke to manager he informed me that he was only getting stock mid December 2014 and he will call me when the goods have arrived. Mid January i called again and was in formed that the manager has left that branch and has gone to fourways.. I tracked him down there and again he assured me that he would get the batteries and call me back in 10min.. 1 week later i called him again hesaid that he was waiting for his stock to come in and he will call me later that week.. 3 weeks passed and still no call from him.. <br> <br> Basically when i bought the item i explained my situation and needed the batteries.. Its now 5 months later and no phone call or batteries
