I bought I-phone charger on 06.01.2025 and on the 01.02.2025 I went to the store to exchange it because it was not working they refused to exchange it because I didn’t bring the plain box that they didn’t explain that I mustn’t throw it away for exchange . As a customer I’m so disappointed about the service I got there is horrible so bad from the lady by charisma
