I ordered a vacuum cleaner online on Sunday the 21st of May and after then I have been tracking the order. And on Wednesday it indicated that it was delivered. I have been waiting for them to contact me and nothing. So I decided to contact the local bloemfontein branch to enquire. I call them for the whole day no response. I even had to go to the shop myself and even then, I was told the lady in charge is busy. I waited for the whole hour and even then no assistance what so ever
