I never received my tv licence

I bought a tv at hifi corporation in Prominade mall I was convinced to open a tv before a purchase and I did it's been 9months now and I have never had any updates or atleast my tv license it been quiet like they ate my money never did tv license app in their store ,I'm concerned about the people who are will to buy TVs and make tv licence at their store about this ***** .I don't know what to do ..when I call tv license call they don't know anything hifi corporation really disappointed me I eveb regret buying a tv from them
