I need help to get my staff from hifi corporation

Good evening guys I need your assistance. 8 months back i bought staff online at Hifi Co-operation. One of the items was a Xbox and some of the items come with the xbox where missing. Called the call centre reported my case got reference number and nothing was done. Last week i spoke to Louisa Botha she also made promise to do a follow and she will update me Thursday. Try calling them today they didn't answer my calls. Please inbox me guys if you know someone who can help me.
