I made a monthly payment of my contract on the 25 may 2024

I made a monthly payment of my contract on the 25 may 2024. They (Vodacom) are saying they cannot see any payment Made and my account is in arrears as I speak. They gave me their email addresses to send proof of payments. We together with the Vodacom Makhado, even send the statement from the bank for that payment made. Still to date they say they cannot see the payment. Then what must I do further?
