I have problem with M-sure insurance regarding their service

I have problem with M-sure insurance regarding their service. I called them on the 28 May 2024 to send policy of my warranty to check how do they cover me and they promised to and they haven't. My car went in on the 30 May 2024 and by then I did not had my wording policy Now I took my car for service the and the was some mechanical issues and they telling they cover only R5500 while Mazda they want R10k. Now where I'm gonna get money to pay for that, their service it's sucks. Now I have to pay balance that I was not budgeted for.
