I have not received my tv I am super frustrated.

I bought a Sansui 55inch tv at Goldfields mall Welkom on the 13/06/18. My partner got an email the following day stating that he should come fetch it at the warehouse,we get there and there's no tv we were told that our purchase is not on the system til today i have not received my tv...I am being sent from pillar to post regarding the matter....
