I have been waiting for my order from Hi-fi corp for 14 days.

I bought a double door Defy fridge on the 28th of November but I still haven't received it. The store that is supposed to deliver to me is Hi-fi corporation Carnival mall branch but they are not willing to assist me. The manager there Mamello Mokgaola is very disrespectful and rude with the audacity to tell me as a customer that she can't priorities me as she has many customers to deal with. She referred me to the warehouse instead and when I called I was told that I must go back to Carnival mall branch as they are the ones who are supposed to assist me. When I did so this morning the manager Mamello Mokgaola was rude again and told me to call the warehouse because my fridge is not at her store. When I call the warehouse, no one answers. I feel like I have thrown my money away. This is the worst store that I have ever dealt with, their service is a nightmare.
