I hate this company

If I would give this company 0 stars, trust me I would! I had an order placed a week ago and I still haven’t received it. You constantly have to call the customer care line, and you’ll come across a bunch of customer care agents that are very disinterested in trying to help you. The delivery is delayed yet no one in the company seems to bother about apologising and explaining what is happening. Your tracking updates are outdated, and you can’t even contact the courier company. First time buying here and I despise it sincerely.
