I HATE hifi cooperation

I regret the day i decided to buy at hifi corporation online and wish every one that can see to never ever think of buying online at hifi cooperation. I ordered a decoder on the 23 of December last till today no decoder i have received. I hate hifi cooperation with all of my heart and will make sure that i take legal actions for this

No paying customer should be treated like this. I called them several times to request them to at least allow me go collect the decoder at my nearest shop since this delivery thing of them is not working,

I spoke to their online support term and spoke to Deon, who was so arrogant and taught me working days as if i didn't know what was that

I am now going to take legal actions, this is enough

No company should do this to their paying customers at least here in south Africa.

I am law student and i know exactly the procedure to follow in making sure that this does not ever happen to any vulnerable customer like me who trusted hifi cooperation
