I bought a phone because I need it

***9 I placed an order on the 14/08/2020 and was promised delivery in 2-5 working days but to my disappointment this was not fulfilled. I called on 21st (5th working day) the agent logged a complaint and was advised that I will receive a Call. from the relevant department ***. I have not received any call till today instead I have to call numerous times and each time am promised that head office will call, I chat for hours on end with the online team but no one seems to care.
