I bought a laptop from HI fi Corp Cornubia on 02 March2025,after 9 days of using it, started freezing and the cursor stopped working, when I took it back within 14 days because my son is doing online home schooling and his 1st term matric exams starts on 17 March 2025,the manager was very rude and not helpful at all,she said that she cannot exchange, I must book it in for assessment and it will take 14 days,so that means my son does not have a laptop now in order to write his exams.i never expected this kind of service from such a reputable company. I also sent customer service an email on 12 March 2025,and no reply as yet,very unprofessional. I will never shop again at hi fi Corp, and I will definitely inform everyone I know of this pathetic service.
