I am trying to buy something online from Hifi corporation and required information but the agents themselfs knows nothing about the product? I tried calling the customer care ...15 minutes no one answers. I then called the holding company JD Group they say just call Hi Fi corp directly after telling them no one answers their phone there! This is pathetic service! Why should we the customer run after a company for business!!!! Is this how you value your clients???? Disgusting service
