I am still waiting for my Hi-Fi order for collection

I placed an order for collection at the Bloemfontein Store on the 18th May. I have had no notification to tell me that it has arrived and no answer to my email asking about it. This is my first online order from Hi-Fi, and if this is the way they treat their customers it will be the last.
