I am in the middle of a horrific experience with Hi-Fi Corporation

I am in the middle of a horrific experience with Hi-Fi Corporation. I ordered a dishwasher online, but their website does not allow addresses to be added which don't have a street number. I called the office and was assured that I could put in a nearby address, and send an email to correct it. I did that, and also called again because nobody answered my email. The address I selected was in Bathurst where I live. But the dishwasher was sent to KING WILLIAMS TOWN to a street with a similar name. I was given the runaround and now the parcel seems to be lost, with the online tracking system not working. The service on the phone was good but the website, organisation and planning happening at this company is the worst I've ever experienced.
