I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from HiFi Corp on my order

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from HiFi Corp on my order. I have been given completely conflicting information from different agents. One told me it would be delivered today, another told me tomorrow, and another told me the order isn’t even ready for delivery. To top it off I was advised to wait until 18:30 with no clear confirmation on which day the delivery will actually be made. There is no clear communication, no reliable tracking and no accountability. I expect correct information and an easy process as a customer but it has been anything but that frustrating and confusing. At this point I have no idea when my order is coming and I am left chasing answers instead of getting proper updates. Very poor experience. Very poor experience.
