Horrific service from Hifi corp.

I bought a fridge online through hifi corp on Monday the 5th Feb and as of Saturday 4pm 10th Feb still not taken possession of it. So if it arrives it would only possibly be next week. Calls made to their courier company go unanswered and to hifi corp no solution. I will never purchase from them again.
