Horrific service

App**** for credit the morning of 24 Aug, took around an hour and a half, immediately approved. Was told to come back the afternoon because there were issues to get the stock out of the back. I came back, they never bothered to finalise my application... took another hour and a half just to be told they made a mistake on my application and they have to cancel it and recapture, another 45min. Then the application was sent to Head Office. I had to come back the next day, 25 Aug. They told me it will only take 10min. After 45min I was told they don't have stock of the sound bar I bought so I must take the display. I live 2 hours away from Bloemfontein. Got home, sound bar was just wrapped in bubble wrap, no box, no manual, no audio cables and the wrong remote... how do u operate a business like that?! I asked that the area manager call me, but obviously that didn't happen... what can I do to get their attention to sort this out
