Horrific Service

I had the worst experience at Hi-Fi corp festival mall. On the 23rd Aug 2024 i bought a 2 TV's and a sound system to the value of R22260 cash , upon the purchase the sales consultant did not advise me about insurance . I went back on the 10th Oct 2024 to make another purchase and this time the gentleman that was assisting me advised me about insurance I then advised him of the purchase I made in Aug and informed him that I need insurance on those items and to my surprise i was told that I cannot insure them anymore because the time has lapsed. My issue is that no one offered me the insurance upon purchase i escalated the matter to the branch manager who was very rude and went as far as saying that I can take my case to the ombudsman. I need to insure these items and yet I am not getting any assistance. I need to be contacted within the next 24 hour regarding this matter should i not get any assistance I will proceed to the ombudsman My contact details are ***
