Horrific Service!!!

I am disgusted with Hi Fi Corporation!!! I bought a Bazooka speaker from the Park Meadows branch at the end of June, and by the end of September, the charging port had given in and so the speaker wouldn't charge and thus wouldn't work... I went through to the Park Meadows branch on Sunday the 4th of October to enquire whether the speaker could be fixed, and after receiving disgusting service (lack of service actually!!!) The speaker was booked and I was told that I would be called in 2-3 weeks to collect the speaker.

Well, here we are more than a month later and I still haven't heard back from them...

I will never be supporting Hi Fi Corp again, and will ensure that everyone around me is aware of the disgusting service you receive there!!!
