Horrific & appalling service

My fridge has broken down for over 3 weeks now I've been trying to get help from the store manager in Hi Fi corp centurion mall and has been of no help at all, full of promises to email correspondence and nothing came from the store, all to happy to take my money but wont assist in time of need.
