HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

<p>We spent R 10 000.00 on a stove, R 14 000.00 on a fridge, R 17 000.00 for a tv and R 2 000.00 on a tumble dryer, so you would expect SOME service right? WRONG!!! Our fridge broke nearly 6 weeks ago, we phoned them and asked them if we could get someone to come and fix it, they said they would come the next day, they came a WEEK and a half later, DID NOT COME PREPARED, needless to say we phoned and phoned and PHONED, nobody came back to us after a thousand promised. YESTERDAY they came again, needless to say THEY DID NOT COME WITH THE CORRECT PARTS. SO they PROMISED me they would come back later that afternoon, TODAY is the NEXT day, it's nearly 12 and nobody has come!!We have phoned again and again and again, they refuse to answer the phones, when they do they say hold on we are putting you through then they put you on hold until the phone switches off.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
