HORRIBLE SHOP ASSISTANT

Yesterday the 2nd of November i was at HIFI Corp Westgate with my friend and daughter. When we walked in there was a shop assistant with customers by the speakers and they were playing music so loud. The customers, however, left the store and the shop assistant continued playing the music so loudly it was even hard for one to hear themselves think. I walked to the gentleman and asked him to turn the music down because it was so loud and I had a little child with me, he told me that he was testing the speakers ,however, he proceeded to speak about me to another shop assistant. When we were at the tills the same man was there and asked his colleague to turn up the music which I believe he did to mock us.

I thoroughly did not appreciate the actions of this shop assistant. He was being rude and belligerent. Being in that store is truly unpleasant and had it not been for the fact that I have made a layby option I would never set foot in it. Please send your stuff for training in customer care their actions are unbecoming of a retail store. I don't know if its because it is in a mall that is predominately black and stuff feel the need to be rude to other black patrons or what his reasons are but your service is terrible to say the least.
