Horrible Service - TV went for repairs but no one can tell me what is happening with it.

Appalling Service from Thavhani Mall staff. I bought a Sansui TV in June 2021, April 2023 the TV played with no sound. I returned the TV for them to have a look at it, they confirmed that it was still warranty, explained that repairs can take up to 4 weeks. It is now 8 weeks the TV is not back, and didn't hear anything from them, when I called it to enquire, the lady who assisted me acted like she doesn't know what I was talking about even after giving her a reference number. She also tried to tell me that the TV was out of warranty, I mean Hello, you have my TV for two months and you tell me it's out of warranty??? Am I dealing with ****mers or what? I also spoke to the manager who promised to sort the issue out and promised to get back to me but nothing. I am now without a TV going for the third month. I would advise anyone who wants to buy an appliance to stay clear of HIFI Corp.
