Horrible Service, Trash!!!

Horrible experience. So after placing an online order friday 29 Nov which seemed to be smooth. I received a call the same afternoon advising that my machine will be delivered on Saturday and was also told that I would need to wait up as the courier guys will only call 1 hour before arriving. I sat the whole saturday and missed a wedding waiting for them. They dont even have anyone working under their online facility on weekends, meaning there is nobody to call (their phones said they work from i think 9 to 1pm on saturdays and sunday but when I called it took me straight to their voicemail message)

Fast forward to when they actually contact me on Wednesday after I called million of times to schedule the delivery, They came at 5pm to drop off the wrong order. They delivered a dishwasher when I ordered a washing machine. Their delivery guys then went on to advise me that it has nothing to do with them in their rude approach. This morning their phones where not going through and when I tried the hundredth time the person could only tell me they will see when they can deliver and will get back to me.

I would have been okay if they had not called me the Friday pretending as if they have their business under control when they know nothing about what they are doing.

Then to make things worse, they call me back to tell me that I should wait for Saturday for an exchange.
