Horrible service, poor commmunication

I had the most terrible service with Hifi Corp, they failed to deliver the beds that i purchased , which i received a SMS that the beds will be delivered on the 04/04/2025,I called the call centre on the 05th the agent kept me on hold for more than an hour, worst client avoidance ever, i had to call again on Monday because no one even think to call me back to give me an update, i request that the order be cancelled and that i want a refund, still didn't receive any refund or update at all, The communication is so bad and the call centre is pathetic.
