Horrible service in East London

Bought a TV 3 months ago and it has been faulty ever since. After technician came a couple of times and problem not resolved, Hifi agreed to offer me my refund back of R7500 for my TV. Manager agreed to put money aside for me. However everyday since Friday I am being told that the store doesn’t have any money yet they say they keep banking money. I’ve made their customer service aware of this but they also don’t seem to be willing to help me. Every day I drive 60km to the Hifi store in East London in hope of getting my money back.
