Horrible Service from hifi corp!!

I ordered a gas stove from hi-fo corp on 5 Dec. I was called on 13 December to be notified delivery will take place on Monday, 16 December. I had to cancel plans, but nobody showed up. Nobody answers calls...none of the number provided gets answered...the online chat facility is useless. How am I supposed to trust a company who's customer service stinks!!! I loged a complain on their own site...and nobody has bothered to call!!! I have been calling ***incessantly over the last 2 days...it just rings....the planning team number also just rings....***...What the actual hell man!!!!
