Horrible service from HIFI Corp

I bought a TV on their black friday sale as a Christmas present. Firstly they kept sending messages that they would deliver on a certain day and then never arrived. On the third try they eventually arrived. When the TV was switched on the day before Christmas, there were lines on the screen. I immediately reported it. I was told to take it in to the nearest branch which I did. It is now 3 weeks on and I have had no feedback. My emails go unanswered etc. Do not buy from HIFI corp. There stock maybe a little cheaper but their after service is **********. I would rather pay more elsewhere
