Horrible service

Hifi Corp Fleurdal service was very disappointing to say the least.... I app**** online and was told to take documents into the branch , I stay in Ladybrand 140km away from Bloemfontein, got there was told I can apply and if approved I would have to come into the store to collect items....wich means I would have to drive backup ladybrand and then again back to bloem , I won't be able to shop online and have it delivered..... only to be told after the fact that they require me to either give proof of my LIFE INSURANCE or take out LIFE INSURANCE......NOT CREDIT PROTECTION .....LIFE INSURANCE ! Definitely not customer friendly or consumer friendly , the staff as well make jou feel like ur bothering them when applying in store as it's an issue for them.
