Horrible Service

I had a horrible experience at Hifi Corp Southgate, I came in two days just to layby a product, first day I was told that systems are offline, second day I came in at 11:00 and left the place at 14:00, I had to wait just to get help, next thing I'm told they short staffed and then I am told I have to wait for the cashier.
