Horrible service at Hifi Corporation Clearwater

I was there at Clearwater to return my Xiomi tv box first encounter was with a lady at returns Vallentia I was not happy with her service so she called her manager by the name of Lindiwe I had expected better since she is a senior but she was worse as she told me she couldn't help me with my refund and that I could go to ombudsman if I wanted that's when I decided to take my item and leave the store.All the stores sell the same item the only difference is the type of service you provide that's what makes you unique as a business. I've experienced such a bad customer service as we speak I'm stuck with an item I cannot use so if don't want to be like me don't go shopping there
