Horrible service and waste of time and money!!!

I made on online purchase from them two weeks ago and I still have no received my order. Customer service line rings off the hook, when they do answer, no one can actually give you any information and have an attitude because you are unhappy with their service. I have never dealt with so many *********** people in my life. I will never ever purchase with them again. Worst mistake!!!
