Horrible service

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Hi-Fi Corporation. I received an SMS confirming that my online order would be delivered on 29/12/2025. I waited the entire day, and nothing arrived. I called customer service more than four times, and each consultant kept saying the order was “on the way,” but there was no update and no honesty. The last agent even told me to do “whatever I wish” after I explained I had been waiting all day. She then gave me a new reference number (which I never received) and told me to hang up and call again, knowing I would have to start over with another consultant. There is clearly a lack of communication and accountability. Their online service is unreliable and very disappointing. I expected better.
