Horrible service

I bought Volkano fitness band online from them but they’re not pairing with any device and tried to get assistance from them but they promote to get back at me and that was it. To my surprise the exact item I ordered is still online but displaying a different code model and the one they delivered is a different model which is no where to be found on Volkano website the model code does not exist and I suspect that’s the reason why it’s pairing and now i have to sit with these 2 useless fitness bands.
