Horrible service

My uncle and aunt bought me a TV today at hifi Corp Tyger valley, and we were all apalled at the service we received. First of all the cashiers were rude and the staff were not eager to be of help to us. We wanted to purchase a 50in sinotec TV but they did not have stock in many sinotec tvs so we had to settle for the demo model which was R6000, we only got a 200rand discount on the TV and it has been on display for 7 months , and when we considered taking a Sansui 50in tv because we didn't really want to take a demo model the saleslady worked out a price for my uncle that came to 6000 including an extra 2 year guarantee and when my aunt went to the till the total was over R6000. So we had to settle for the sinotec demo model.. when we bought batteries for the remote the cashier was rude and very moody. When we came to collect the TV after shopping our TV was not even brought to us in a box, we had to beg for a box and when we got the box we had to beg for Styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect the TV so that it could be protected as we transported it home. Will not be returning to this hifi Corp any time soon this is not the first time I have received bad service at this hifi Corp.
