Horrible online experience

Ordered a fridge on Friday. The "click and collect" option disappeared from the website, which should've been my first alarm... But they have said they will deliver between 2-5 days. Here we are, day 6, and the status of the purchase is still at "received paid".

Spent countless hours on the phone, to which, no one picked up. Spend more hours at a store, which couldn't help (but at least he actually tried)

Would never use their online system again, and recommend no one else does either.
