Horrible delivery service.

I ordered a bed two weeks more than two weeks ago and I haven't received the delivery. I have spoken to multiple people from their customer service but no one has been able to give me definitive reason for the delay. No one seems to know anything. They were meant to deliver today, however they cancelled the delivery for no reason. Their service has been absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend buying a bed from them. They are meant to be a reputable company with reliable service however they have not. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with their service.
