HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE

My name is Mohau Segone my numbers *** I bought a TV online JVC "month ago and and they delivered it but it was broken and i sent it back to the nearest Hi fi corporation in Southgate mall they said they had no stock for exchange i said i'm looking for my refund they put everything and they said i will get my refund within 3 days' time now it's more than 18 days i'm still waiting for my refund, all i want is my money back with immediate effect i can't wait for another days because i waited for long now when i try to call the shop they don't answer at customer service i need my money by the end of tomorrow hi fi corporation it's having bad communication with clients they don't treat them with good value
