horrible customer service

I recently purchased a pair of headphones from HiFi Corp lenisia Trade route mall, expecting good quality based on their reputation. Unfortunately, the headphones turned out to be defective right out of the box.

I returned to the store to request a replacement, but I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Despite clearly explaining the issue and presenting proof of purchase, the staff refused to replace the item or offer a satisfactory solution. This lack of customer support is frustrating, especially when the product was faulty from the start.

As a customer, I expect accountability and basic after-sales service when purchasing electronics. My experience with HiFi Corp has been disappointing, and I would caution others to be aware of their return and exchange policies before making a purchase.
