Horrible customer service

Worst store to spend your money at, zero customer service from the store to the people dealing with complaints I got zero service from your centurion mall store Refilwe Maluka needs some training on her dutie as a customer care consultant and some product knowledge,I am still awaiting contact from their customer service department they just gave me a reference thats it I have never heard anything again from them.
