Horrible customer service and shoddy return policies.

Hi-Fi Corporation is horrible to deal with. We bought a demo fridge where the manager promised us a discount, now no one wants to hear about the discount. We bought a 32" Diamond tv that just switched off in our faces after only months of purchasing the product then Corina/Covid 19 broke out and we were unable to go anywhere. Hi-Fi Corporation now refuses to take it back AND they took down my sisters banking details incorrectly and didn't deduct her instalments now they're penalizing her for arrears and Hi-Fi Corporation refuses to even listen to her. Their service is pathetic and I don't understand how they're still in existence.
