Horrible customer service.

Utter nonsense of service.Sound bar went in for repairs over 2 weeks ago(mind you the sound bar just stopped giving out bass) To my surprise I went there today,(20 December 2025),so that I can get feedback as to how it's going,but no they didn't even take it in. So basically it's still sitting in their store,and apparently only the remote(which is totally fine),was taken for repairs,yet it doesn't need any repairs.

The lady tells me that she was on leave and didn't request for the sound bar to be taken in,and that the repairs department is going to close anyways.

She doesn't even know when I'll get my sound bar back. Im totally disappointed in their service, it's utter bull****. Hi-Fi Corparation in Witbank,Highveld Mall
