Horrible Customer Service

I am very disappointed in the service provided by HI FI Corporation. I placed an order online on the 27/11/2019 (Order number :***) and they advised of 2-5 days delivery. Today is the 16/12/2019 and i think i have been more than patient now. I have received no update. i have received no form of communication on the delay. when i go to the store (The Glen -Oakdene) they just blame the head office and you still don't get any update or feedback. Total disappointment.
